In 2019, client work overwhelmed our book reviews! For 2019 we began with Andie Kramer and Al Harris’ timely insights how women may counteract the negative effects of gender bias in the workplace. We followed with Daniel Coleman’s classic Emotional Intelligence, which set the stage for looking beyond IQ in the workforce. Finally, we returned to Susan Packard (New Rules of the Game) for her second work, Fully Human, which focuses on emotional intelligence.
